Return & Exchange Policy
At Ripplez, every T-shirt is carefully crafted and quality-checked before it reaches you. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return Window
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligible for Free Return or Exchange
We offer free returns or exchanges if:
- You received a damaged product.
- You received a defective or manufacturing-fault product.
- You received the wrong item.
- You received a different size than what you ordered.
Once your request is approved, we'll arrange a free reverse pickup wherever service is available.
Size Exchange
Need a different size?
We offer a one-time size exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.
To be eligible, the product must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In its original condition
- With all original tags attached
- Returned in its original packaging wherever possible
If the requested size is unavailable, we'll provide an alternative solution, such as store credit or a refund, depending on the situation.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund
Returns or refunds are not accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Ordering the wrong size (refund requests)
- Incorrect color selection made while ordering
- Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Products returned without original tags

Return Request Process
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Log in to your Ripplez account and submit a return request, or contact our support team.
- Include your Order ID and, if applicable, photos showing the issue.
- Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days.
- Once approved, we'll arrange a reverse pickup or provide return instructions.
- After the product passes our quality inspection, we'll process the exchange or refund.
Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only for approved return requests.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after the inspection is completed. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For Cash on Delivery orders, approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer or another suitable payment method after verifying your bank account details.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of:
- The product
- The packaging
- The shipping label (if applicable)
We'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible by offering a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
