Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During product launches, promotional periods, or high order volumes, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship across India.

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Locations: 4–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

We offer Free Shipping across India on eligible orders.

Any applicable shipping charges, COD fees, or promotional offers will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS to monitor the status of your shipment.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts.

If a shipment remains undelivered due to incorrect address information, customer unavailability, refusal to accept the package, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us.

Address Changes

If you need to modify your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@ripplez.in.

We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Delays Beyond Our Control

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timelines, RIPPLEZ is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier partner disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Public holidays

  • Other events beyond our reasonable control
